A Trusted Voice in Project Management

Since joining Z Group over a decade ago, Melanie has brought clarity, consistency, and a calm, collaborative presence to the Z Group team. She now steps into a formal leadership role, leading coordination across all senior project managers, guiding team capacity and production quality, and ensuring consistency in drawing set standards.

A Collaborative Leader, A Trusted Colleague

This promotion not only celebrates her expertise but also recognizes her unique ability to foster alignment. Melanie is a true collaborator—a thoughtful communicator, a problem-solver, and a steady guide for clients, consultants, and teammates alike.

Melanie’s influence goes beyond drawing sets—she is instrumental in shaping the firm’s operations, culture, and mentorship. This promotion solidifies her as a central point of leadership within the firm, embodying Z Group’s commitment to legacy, collaboration, and high-touch client care.

She was recently featured in our Influential Women in Design spotlight, a recognition of her work ethic, humility, and role as a mentor to emerging talent.
