Z Group on the Green: Design, Community, and the Paragon Golf Tournament

On August 5th, 2025, Z Group Architecture & Interior Design stepped away from the office and onto the fairway. Senior Principal Seth Hmielowski and Principal & Director of Design Scott McHale joined fellow architects Bill Pollock of Zone 4 Architects and David Johnston of DJArchitects at the 9th Annual Paragon Partner Golf Tournament, hosted at the scenic Aspen Glen Club in Carbondale, Colorado.
Hosted by Paragon Systems Integration, the event blended friendly competition with purpose—benefiting the Aspen Hope Center, a nonprofit dedicated to mental health and suicide prevention support throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
A Round of Collaboration with a View
Immersed in the same mountain landscape that inspires our work, the day was a reminder of what draws our clients—realtors, developers, and homeowners—to Colorado: connection, stewardship, and a commitment to legacy.
Industry Engagement Meets Community Impact
For Scott and Seth, the tournament offered fresh air and fairways. It was an opportunity to strengthen peer relationships and support a cause that aligns with Z Group’s values of compassion and community investment.
