The project reflects Z Group Architecture & Interior Design’s approach to modern workplace design—creating environments that balance professionalism, collaboration, and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Designed to support both focused work and team interaction, the office embraces natural light, warm materiality, and clean architectural detailing to create a workspace that feels elevated, welcoming, and distinctly Colorado. Expansive glazing frames panoramic mountain views while reinforcing a strong connection to place—an essential element of Z Group’s philosophy of architecture inspired by the outdoors.

The design vision for LB-West centered on creating a calm and highly functional office environment that enhances productivity while reflecting the character of the Roaring Fork Valley. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring daylight deep into the interior and capture uninterrupted views of the river corridor and surrounding peaks, creating an atmosphere that feels open, grounded, and connected to nature.

Inside, the office pairs minimalist architectural detailing with warm natural materials. White walls and exposed structural systems establish a clean contemporary framework, while oak flooring and custom wood millwork introduce texture, depth, and warmth. Glass partitions maintain visual openness throughout the office, supporting transparency and collaboration without sacrificing privacy.
