Bleeker Street Condo

Modern Contemporary | Condominium

Aspen, Colorado

A Light-Filled Retreat in Aspen’s Historic Core

Set along one of Aspen’s most beloved streets, the Bleeker Street Condo offers a quiet reimagining of mountain living—where interior design brings clarity, warmth, and a renewed sense of ease to a compact footprint.

This two-story residence unfolds as a study in light, material, and flow, transforming a traditional condominium into a refined alpine retreat. Every space has been carefully considered to feel more open, more connected, and more attuned to the rhythms of life in Aspen.

Reframing the Interior Experience

The renovation centers on enhancing how the home feels and functions from within.

A targeted intervention reshaped key portions of the layout, opening sightlines and allowing natural light to move more freely throughout the space. The result is an interior that feels expansive despite its scale, where transitions between rooms are intuitive and uninterrupted.

Rather than adding excess, the design focuses on editing and refinement, removing what is unnecessary and elevating what remains.

Material Simplicity, Elevated

The interior palette balances mountain heritage with contemporary restraint.

Soft whites and pale woods create a calm, luminous backdrop, while existing structural elements—such as exposed beams—anchor the space in Aspen’s architectural lineage. Subtle contrasts in texture add depth without overwhelming the experience.

In the kitchen, clean-lined cabinetry and warm metallic accents introduce a quiet sense of luxury while maintaining continuity with the overall design language.

Throughout the home, materials are chosen not only for their appearance, but for how they feel, age, and interact with light.

Designing with Light and Connection

Natural light becomes a defining feature of the home.

New window placements frame mountain views and draw daylight deep into the interior, shifting the atmosphere throughout the day. Each room is connected visually and emotionally to its surroundings—creating a constant dialogue between inside and out.

A private outdoor deck extends this experience, offering a place of pause that feels both sheltered and connected to Aspen’s landscape.

A Refined Sense of Living

At 1,502 square feet across two levels, the residence includes three bedrooms, with a lower-level suite designed for privacy and retreat.

Though modest in scale, the home achieves a sense of openness and calm through thoughtful interior architecture and material continuity. Every element works together to support a lifestyle that is effortless, intuitive, and quietly elevated.

A Lasting Impression

The Bleeker Street Condo demonstrates how focused interior design can transform not just a space, but the way it is experienced—bringing light, order, and intention to everyday living in Aspen.
