The Buffalo Valley Apartments is located in Glenwood Springs, CO. Many may remember the beloved Buffalo Valley Restaurant, which closed over 15 years ago after steadfastly serving the community for decades. Today, the site has a new lease on life serving the community with an additional 54 apartments. It is set into the hillside with two buildings with 4-stories each and garden walkout units. We are quite proud to be revitalizing this piece of Glenwood history that can offer the community 47,811 square feet of additional housing.
