Brittany Biebl

Partner | Director of Business Operations

Brittany joined Z Group in 2021 and now serves as Partner and Director of Business Operations. A born-and-raised Roaring Fork Valley local, she grew up competing in freestyle skiing, riding horses, and playing tennis—graduating valedictorian from Aspen High School. She went on to earn her degree in Environmental Analysis from Pomona College in 2007, with a focus in Mathematics and Economics. A collegiate tennis player, she later returned to coach her team after graduating, continuing to lead and mentor others while earning her MBA in Business Management and Organizational Leadership.

Brittany brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to her role at Z Group, drawing on both analytical and interpersonal strengths. Her background in coaching and business operations has shaped a leadership style grounded in mutual respect, team alignment, and the ability to lead from both the front and behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Brittany can often still be found on the tennis court in the summertime, out on the trails, or skiing trees and steeps in the winter.
