A fourth-generation Roaring Fork Valley local, Tatum Lilly has a deep appreciation for the landscapes, history, and character that make the region unique. Growing up in the valley inspired an early understanding of how thoughtful design can shape both communities and everyday experiences. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from Colorado State University in 2025 and is currently working toward NCIDQ certification and architectural licensure as she continues to build her professional career.

As an Interior Designer at Z Group, Tatum brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to every project. She is committed to learning from the firm's experienced team while contributing fresh ideas, thoughtful design solutions, and a strong work ethic. Whether refining drawings, supporting presentations, or assisting with project coordination, she is eager to develop her technical and creative skills while helping create spaces that positively impact the communities they serve. As Tatum shares, "It's meaningful to work on projects that directly impact the community and to see how thoughtful design can make a lasting difference."

Outside the office, Tatum enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of Colorado's mountain lifestyle. She is passionate about traveling, connecting with nature, and spending time with family. Her favorite activities include skiing, running, working out, attending concerts, and spending time on the river. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, Mickey and Grizzly, who are often by her side on new adventures.
