Jonathan Rice
Senior Project Manager
AIA, RIBA
Born on the outskirts of London, Jonathan Rice cultivated an early love for art and sketching that naturally evolved into a passion for architecture. His educational journey began at the University of Brighton in England, where he earned both his BA and Master of Architecture degrees. He deepened his studies abroad in Czechoslovakia, spending time in Brno and Prague, and later affiliated with the Royal Institute of British Architects before moving permanently to the United States.
Jonathan brings over 25 years of experience leading diverse architectural projects across multiple continents. His professional journey includes time with a renowned London firm designing hotels, mixed-use developments, and retail centers. After relocating to Colorado, he expanded his portfolio to include luxury homes, boutique hospitality, multi-family housing, and placemaking-driven developments.
A longtime resident of the Roaring Fork Valley, Jonathan is drawn to the region's landscape and lifestyle. When not in the office, Jonathan can often be found hopping on a plane to some new travel destination, or out on the trails mountain biking, hiking, or snowboarding. He is also an avid hiker and snowboarder, continually seeking inspiration from the natural world and cultures around him.
