Brittany Biebl

Partner | Director of Business Operations

Brittany joined Z Group in 2021 and serves as Partner and Director of Business Operations. She oversees furniture, lighting, and accessory procurement; accounting and billing; day-to-day operations; staffing and resource coordination; and supports business development and marketing. Working closely with Partners Seth Hmielowski and Scott McHale, she helps guide firm-wide strategy and uphold Z Group’s core values.

A Roaring Fork Valley native and Aspen High School valedictorian, Brittany earned her BA in Environmental Analysis with emphases in Mathematics and Economics from Pomona College. She later returned to coach collegiate tennis while completing her MBA in Business Management and Organizational Leadership. Her diverse experience—in coaching, business operations, and team leadership—shapes a calm, strategic approach grounded in communication, mutual respect, and aligning people with purpose.

Outside of work, Brittany can often still be found on the tennis court in the summertime, out on the trails, or skiing trees and steeps in the winter.
