Andrea "Andie" Glinn is a Midwest-based interior designer with more than 20 years of experience in interior architecture and design. Based in Kansas City and spending part of the year in the Roaring Fork Valley, she joined Z Group in 2024 and brings extensive experience across luxury residential and commercial projects throughout the United States, including work in Kansas City, New York, Chicago, Austin, Aspen, and San Francisco.

Andie’s design philosophy is deeply influenced by her studies in Scandinavia, emphasizing clean lines, natural materials, and spaces that elevate everyday living through warmth, simplicity, and thoughtful functionality. Her work reflects a commitment to creating timeless environments that balance beauty, purpose, and a strong sense of place.

At Z Group, Andie works collaboratively with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to develop integrated design solutions from concept through completion. Her expertise includes interior architecture, finish and material selection, furniture procurement, custom furnishings, lighting, artwork curation, and project coordination. She is particularly passionate about crafting highly personalized spaces that endure and evolve with the people who inhabit them.

Andie earned her Bachelor of Interior Architecture degree from Kansas State University. Her education also includes studies at Coburg University in Germany and the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen, where she focused on Scandinavian furniture design. These international experiences, combined with extensive travel, have shaped her appreciation for design that is both universally relevant and deeply rooted in craftsmanship, nature, and simplicity.

Outside the studio, Andie enjoys skiing, hiking, yoga, travel, live music, and exploring local galleries, artisans, and makers. She and her partner, Andy, divide their time between Kansas City, Aspen, and Austin, drawing inspiration from the unique character and creative energy of each community.
