James A. Gustafson, NCARB  joined the firm in 1970 and has been President and Managing Principal since 1980.  Decades of designing in the Rocky Mountains and internationally have given him broad experience in large-scale building and planning projects.  His expertise lies in Educational, Public, Library, Conference, and Hospitality buildings.  Facilities under his management have received over 50 design awards.  MORE...

 Seth Hmielowski  is a partner and has been Project Manager and Designer for many of the firm's major projects since joining the firm in 1998. Extensive experience in high-end residences and planning, design, and construction of multi-residential developments has earned  him a strong reputation for being an effective liaison between clients, contractors, and the design team.  MORE...

Jim Kehoe  has been Design Principal since joining the firm in 2004.  His extensive design experience includes public projects, large corporate parks, and single-family homes.  This diversity of clients and project types gives the firm a wide range of design sensibility with particular emphasis on defining clients' goals within parameters of budget, scale,  and materials to achieve creative and appropriate architectural solutions.
